38 Weeks Pregnant With Egg White Like Discharge

Eggplant caviar


traditional Provencal dish, has many recipes and variations. This is mine, created by crossing different ideas and successfully tested. The cream obtained is perfect for toast or sandwiches, cream puffs together for the topping of goat cheese, or savory mini croissants, and why not, for the pasta.

INGREDIENTS

. 1 eggplant enough

. 2 cloves garlic

. a handful of olives

. salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil

PROCEDURE

Halve the eggplant lengthwise. The pits on the meat and insert garlic cloves into pieces. Bake at 180 degrees for at least one hour or until the flesh is well cooked. At this point skinned, it is quite easy and cut into cubes. It goes to the blender with the garlic, olive oil, olives, salt and pepper. Some recipes add the anchovies, I have not tried, but probably are not bad.
