ovviamenete Peaches are not in season, but perhaps the memory of their fragrant pulp can make us dream a little summer still far away and so much desired in these days of fog and cold.


last fish of the season before the autumn we are compelled to months of apples, pears, bananas ... and last wishes of fresh sweets before setting out on chocolate in which we have voluntarily limited in the summer ...
This "delicious peach" is a soft sweet made with ricotta cheese, almond milk, mint and, of course, peaches, those beautiful late-summer firm, which is well off the flesh from the shell.
I STTA racconttao by MCII to the end of a trip to Sicily, not I know if my memory has helped, but the recipe was something like this ...
Ricotta is mounted, to become a soft cream with powdered sugar and almond milk.
sliced \u200b\u200bpeaches are macerated for several hours in rum and mint leaves.
The cake is prepared by placing the bottom of individual bowls of peaches, covering them with ricotta cream and then decorate with mint leaves and crushed amaretti biscuits.
